Exact Identity’s management team is also responsible for attracting and retaining a professional workforce that meets the highest standards and for providing a rewarding environment to its associates and partners.
Exact Identity is the brainchild of Daren Roberts. The solution has been maturing over a decade of involvement on integration projects. As a leading Identity Management technical consultant, Daren has experienced similar and often very difficult technical issues and project bottle necks.
Having the ability to write code as well as understand both the technical and functional aspects of IDM, Daren began the process of writing various solutions as early as 2002. In 2010, Daren and his brother Adrian Roberts began a conversation surrounding the potential to commercialize his ideas.
As Co-Founder and Vice-President for Exact Identity, Daren has overall responsibility for the company’s product development, strategy and operations, and serves as a member of the board of directors. With more than 15 years in technology development and executive leadership positions, he has extensive experience building successful businesses and applying technology to deliver value across a number of different industries.
Prior to forming Exact Identity, Daren served in consulting positions with global organizations.
As Co-Founder and Vice-President for Exact Identity, Adrian has overall responsibility for the company’s strategy, organization and operations, and serves as a member of the board of directors.
Adrian brings more than 25 years of experience in the high tech, workforce and general business industries to his role as Vice President, for Exact Identity. In January 2001, Adrian created In-Work NZ Limited (In-Work) to facilitate an Employment Retention Pilot to clients of Work and Income. Under Adrian’s leadership, In-Work has risen to become a leading contracted Provider of Employment Services to people marginalized in the employment environment. In 11 years, In-Work has grown from a home office to locations throughout New Zealand providing services to in excess of 30,000 clients. Revenue has grown from start up to a multi million-dollar income from multiple business streams.
Adrian began his career in 1987 at Roberts & Hoskins and Anti Systems Limited, where he ran the importation, distribution and franchising of the Swedish Skid-Car systems and associated Advanced Driver Training Schools in operations throughout New Zealand and Australia. Adrian was responsible for General Management, Franchise Development and the training of all instructional staff throughout Australasia. The Franchise system was adopted by a mix of Polytechnics in New Zealand, with TAFE and Private Company Franchisees throughout Australia.
